Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

When your pre-order ships. Loungie is made in one small batch. Every pre-order ships by 5 December 2026, in time for Christmas. If we miss that date, you can cancel and get a full refund. We'll email you when your order ships.

Delivery options and costs.

• Standard delivery: free on every Loungie order.
• Express delivery: £6.99. A faster service once your order is dispatched. It doesn't change the 5 December dispatch date.

The delivery options and cost for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Sending a gift. You can enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift message in your basket. Prices aren't printed on anything inside the parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, or the person you've sent it to. If it hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after we've told you it's shipped, or it arrives damaged, email rijaspb@gmail.com and we'll put it right.
